iOS Engineer (Copenhagen)

Job summary

We are seeking an iOS Engineer to take full ownership of the mobile experience on our e-commerce platform, utilizing an AI-first approach to enhance user interaction. This role involves designing, building, and deploying high-quality features that cater to millions of users.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Swift and modern iOS best practices, including proficiency in SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Deep understanding of MVVM or similar patterns, with the ability to navigate existing codebases, including legacy Objective-C.
• Proven curiosity or experience in using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to improve development workflows.
• Previous experience in scaling products in e-commerce, mobile apps, or marketplaces is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable Swift code and contribute to architectural decisions for app scalability and performance.
• Experiment with AI tools to enhance productivity and delivery speed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with user needs.
• Contribute to the development of AI-powered product features.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor others within the iOS chapter.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in software development or a related field.
