Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in fresh produce, FMCG, or grocery retail.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Proven negotiation skills for commercial terms and service agreements.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and new ingredient development.
• Support supply chain transformation by onboarding Direct-to-Grower models.
• Build collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage risks related to seasonality and agricultural disruptions.
• Monitor supplier performance against key KPIs and lead performance review meetings.
• Act as the escalation point for supply or quality issues to maintain customer experience.
