Qualifications

• Extensive experience in interaction design, UX, or related fields with a focus on engaging product experiences.
• Proven ability to enhance interaction design quality and contribute to design governance practices.
• Strong skills in facilitating design discussions and workshops.
• Excellent systems thinking and capability to create practical frameworks and tools.
• Experience in multidisciplinary product development teams, including design and engineering.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities to provide constructive feedback.
• Passion for playful design and curiosity about new interaction paradigms.
• Proficient in English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design review forums to help teams evaluate and enhance interactive experiences.
• Coach product teams on interaction design principles to improve play quality and usability.
• Provide expert feedback and structured evaluation methods to navigate design challenges.
• Develop frameworks and practices for design governance and quality calibration.
• Share knowledge and foster a culture of interaction design excellence across teams.
