Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end market research for product launches, including testing of value propositions and communications.
  • Serve as a strategic partner for the Executive Committee and other key stakeholders in market research initiatives.
  • Lead ad hoc strategic research projects aligned with business priorities.
  • Enhance data quality by identifying gaps and linking insights to internal data sources.
  • Develop a roadmap to secure the Voice of the Market across various brands and regions.
  • Clearly communicate insights to influence decision-making and business outcomes.

Skills

  • Strong methodological skills in both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Project management abilities to oversee projects from briefing to reporting, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively to senior stakeholders.

Education

  • University degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Finance.

Tools

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
