Implementation Consultant (On-site, Copenhagen or Århus)

Job summary

The Implementation Consultant will serve as a key resource for customers during the onboarding and implementation of a Professional Services Automation solution. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing the value derived from the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with finance systems such as E-conomic, Business Central, Fortnox, or Dinero, and salary systems like Dataløn, Danløn, or Zenegy.
• Background in consulting, onboarding, or implementation within SaaS or professional services.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for workshops and customer-facing sessions.
• Ability to simplify complex customer requirements into scalable solutions.
• Fluency in Danish or Swedish and strong English proficiency.
• Proactive, structured, and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new clients.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote TimeLog adoption.
• Translate business needs into effective TimeLog setups and workflows.
• Serve as a subject matter expert during transitions from Sales to implementation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on success planning and value delivery.
• Provide feedback from implementations to Product and RevOps for continuous improvement.
