The role involves guiding customers through the implementation of a Workforce Management solution, ensuring successful project delivery and optimal configuration to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in French and professional English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in project management, consultancy, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with the hospitality or retail sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure the solution for customers during the implementation phase.
• Manage projects of varying sizes, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget for successful go-lives.
• Advise customers on the best practices for utilizing the solution effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues across European offices to enhance customer experience.
• Engage in consultancy for existing customers and support pre-sales activities.
