Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Organized with the capacity to develop project plans.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with EU regulations and industry standards for ICT policies.
  • Collaborate with Business Areas and Group Risk to develop ICT policies.
  • Define and enhance the application management policy in coordination with other units.
  • Engage with stakeholders to influence decision-making and support governance processes.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Certifications in CRISC, CISM, ISO27005, or ITIL are advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of Application Portfolio Management is a plus.

Education

  • Relevant experience in writing policy-level documents and reporting to management.

  • Microsoft Office Suite.
