About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading the implementation and management of the HRIS platform within the People & Organisation team, focusing on data management and analytics to support various business functions.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in implementing and managing a modern cloud HRIS, with comprehensive lifecycle exposure.
  • Proven ownership of HR data management, including data model design and governance.
  • Strong configuration skills in a major cloud HRIS, preferably HiBob.
  • Proficient in reporting and analytics, with experience in SQL or BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with multi-country payroll integrations and GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the HRIS, including configuration and user management.
  • Translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Manage the people data model and ensure data quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and compliance reports.
  • Collaborate on compensation analytics and ensure integration health with other systems.
  • Facilitate training for HR business partners and employees on new functionalities.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging business and technical discussions.
  • Self-directed and able to thrive in a lean team environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HRIS management or related fields.

Tools

  • Experience with cloud HRIS platforms, particularly HiBob, and proficiency in reporting tools and Excel.
