Job summary

This role focuses on HR Controlling within the Offshore Corporate Controlling Team, providing financial data and analysis to support senior management in decision-making processes related to HR and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration, economics, or a related field with a strong academic record.
  • Experience in the energy sector, particularly in HR Controlling, with knowledge of HR reporting and cost logic.
  • Excellent team player with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Business Partner for Offshore Directors on HR Controlling matters.
  • Maintain and report on position plans and FTE developments.
  • Consolidate and analyze data for quarterly reporting and planning.
  • Create high-quality management reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses for senior management.
  • Support mid-term planning processes and optimize data consolidation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in controlling, HR, and the business.
  • Assist in projects focused on optimizing cost efficiencies in Controlling.

Skills

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, including HR and Finance modules, Business Warehouse solutions, and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data and commercial issues.

Education

  • A degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field is required.
