Job summary

This role involves leading the Retail ERP ecosystem to ensure effective support for business operations while driving future growth. You will manage both internal teams and external partners in a collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders across Retail, Finance, and IT.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with ERP systems, preferably in retail or finance sectors.
  • Proven leadership skills, including team management and vendor oversight.
  • Experience in international and distributed settings.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and system integration.
  • Familiarity with service delivery and governance in ERP contexts.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly incident and change management.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the Retail ERP strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure stable and high-performing ERP operations, managing service delivery and system performance.
  • Serve as the main contact for ERP-related issues among IT and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee ERP rollouts and support global governance and standardization efforts.
  • Collaborate with Retail and Finance to translate needs into scalable solutions.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in processes and user experience.
  • Work with BI and business teams to enhance data transparency and analytics.
  • Manage external vendors, focusing on contracts, performance, and cost control.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team, promoting collaboration and accountability.
  • Implement structured processes for incident and change management based on ITIL principles.
