Job summary

The role involves leading the Staffing, Attendance & Capacity domain, focusing on vision, customer outcomes, and team performance. The Head of Product will act as a mini-CEO for this area, integrating product, design, and engineering to address the complexities of workforce management in childcare settings.

• Proven experience as a product leader or intrapreneur with a multi-disciplinary background.
• Strong product instincts and a customer-centric mindset.
• Self-starter with high personal accountability and a proactive approach.
• Experience in managing teams with full accountability for results.
• Ability to set and communicate a strategic vision and operationalize it effectively.
• High tolerance for complexity and ambiguity, with sound judgment in HR and workforce management.
• Experience in scale-up environments, childcare management, or vertical SaaS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision and strategy for the Staffing, Attendance & Capacity domain.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product personnel.
• Ensure accountability for crew strategy and delivery, collaborating with the Product Manager.
• Navigate workforce management complexities across various markets while balancing compliance and usability.
• Monitor key metrics such as adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction to drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with other product leaders to maintain a cohesive product experience.
• Serve as a trusted leader within the organization.
