Job summary

This role involves leading a newly formed Plant Design team responsible for CAD activities across various project phases, including pre-sales, sales, and execution. The position offers an opportunity to shape team culture and drive engineering impact within a diverse project portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Plant Design team, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliverables.
• Facilitate effective project and stakeholder management in collaboration with Project Management and Business Lines.
• Build a robust Plant Design function with high engineering capabilities and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintain support from the Global Engineering Pool for scalable and cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Standardize methodologies and processes while promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Foster clear communication within the team to align on priorities and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical or process engineering, technical design, or a related field.
• Experience in engineering roles within manufacturing, particularly in food and beverage sectors.
• Familiarity with engineering-to-order and design engineering processes.
• Strong technical knowledge and basic project management skills.
• Understanding of technology and product complexities.
• Proven people management abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
