Job summary

Lead the financial planning and analysis function, focusing on data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related fields.
• Relevant Master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a similar discipline.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a keen interest in modern data platforms and BI tools.
• Proven experience in people leadership across multiple locations, emphasizing an inclusive and supportive leadership style.
• Experience engaging with senior management and boards, with the ability to simplify complex financial topics for decision-makers.
• Proficient in English communication, with Danish as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-site FP&A team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Manage the complete planning cycle, including forecasts, budgets, and long-term business plans.
• Enhance in-year performance management through insightful analysis and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with various business areas to ensure consistent planning and performance tracking.
• Transition from Excel-based reporting to automated, scalable solutions using tools like Snowflake and BI.
• Support strategic initiatives related to long-term performance and capital structure.
