Head of Finance IT (Hybrid, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The Head of Finance IT is responsible for leading the technology landscape that supports Finance operations at various organizational levels. This role involves collaborating with executive stakeholders to ensure the stability, security, and compliance of finance systems and data, while also owning the Finance IT strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience, including senior leadership roles in Finance IT, enterprise resource planning, or finance transformation.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and enterprise resource planning environments, including governance and controls.
• Proficiency in enterprise resource planning and integration platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics, along with modern reporting tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the Finance IT strategy, roadmap, and architecture in alignment with Finance priorities.
• Oversee the Finance application and integration portfolio, including lifecycle management and standardization.
• Ensure delivery excellence by maintaining audit-ready controls and managing service performance and major incidents.
