Responsibilities

• Develop and own the financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and cost control.
• Partner with senior leaders on performance management and investment decisions.
• Ensure transparency in financial metrics such as EBIT, cost-to-serve, and ROI.
• Maintain financial oversight of fleet and major assets, including planning for maintenance and investment.
• Govern pricing and financial models for charter activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, statutory reporting, and aviation-specific regulations.
• Manage risk and legal exposure in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a finance organization that is engaged and effective.
