Head of Ethics & Compliance (Senior Leadership, Healthcare, Remote)

Job summary

This position is for a senior leader responsible for overseeing the Ethics & Compliance program across Europe and Latin America, focusing on risk management and ethical business practices. The role emphasizes collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with global standards.

Qualifications

• Master of Law, LL.M, M.Sc., or equivalent degree.
• Over 10 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, with senior leadership experience preferred.
• Background in MedTech, Life Sciences, or regulated industries is advantageous.
• Proven experience in Business Partner and Third-Party Risk Management.
• Familiarity with diverse cultures and regions, particularly Europe and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the regional Ethics & Compliance program in line with global expectations.
• Collaborate with global program owners on healthcare compliance, anti-bribery, data privacy, and human rights.
• Provide strategic support to senior leaders and key business functions.
• Develop and deliver Ethics & Compliance training and education programs.
• Strengthen Business Partner Risk Management through effective due diligence and compliance controls.
• Advocate for ethical decision-making and responsible leadership across regions.
• Utilize metrics and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
