Job summary

This role is focused on developing and executing a demand generation strategy to drive growth for a fast-growing SaaS company in the Nordics. The position requires collaboration with leadership across various departments to enhance demand generation efforts and optimize marketing spend.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in demand generation and PPC
  • Strong understanding of demand creation and capture
  • Proven experience managing budgets and delivering revenue through demand generation programs
  • Familiarity with AI applications in demand generation
  • Professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps leadership to refine the demand generation strategy
  • Develop and manage paid demand generation channels including LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
  • Identify warm accounts and facilitate effective sales outreach using intent signals and AI
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the ROI of marketing expenditures
  • Work with marketing to align demand generation with events and content strategies
  • Enhance website conversion rates in collaboration with the marketing team

Skills

  • Strong analytical and structured approach to decision-making
  • Experience with tools such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google Tag Manager, Webflow, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Apollo

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field
