Job summary

This role involves leading the creative vision for a Consumer/Passion Group focused on Art, Deco, and Adult products. The Head of Creative will guide a team to ensure all consumer experiences align with the overarching creative direction, while also driving business growth through innovative strategies.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in a technical or craft-based design field such as Industrial Design or Experience Design is advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in leading creative direction within consumer-facing design or entertainment industries.
  • Strong understanding of Art&Deco and Adult consumer insights, with the ability to interpret trends and translate them into creative direction.
  • Proven track record in portfolio-level decision-making that balances consumer needs with business objectives.
  • Ability to inspire and guide creative teams, fostering a psychologically safe and innovative culture.
  • Strong strategic skills to shape innovation strategies and brief cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Set and steer the creative direction for the Art, Deco, and Adult Consumer/Passion Group.
  • Lead the Creative Leads team, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high-quality creative output.
  • Drive business accountability by delivering a balanced portfolio of experiences that meet consumer needs and business targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure coherence and quality across the value chain.
  • Stay informed on cultural trends and translate insights into strategic direction.

Education
