Job summary

The Head of Commercial IT and Digital Solutions will lead technology initiatives for Specialty Rx and Consumer Healthcare within a growing international pharmaceutical organization. This role involves translating strategic business priorities into actionable technology roadmaps and building a capable IT department to support commercial growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear technology roadmap aligned with business priorities, focusing on product portfolio execution and customer engagement.
• Enhance decision-making through improved data analytics and reporting on product performance and market opportunities.
• Implement scalable solutions for pricing, tender participation, and commercial performance management.
• Ensure alignment between Specialty Rx and Consumer Healthcare solutions with ERP, supply chain, and analytics platforms.
• Scale the IT department to meet the growing demands of the business domains.
• Oversee staffing, skills development, and performance management within the Specialty Rx and CHC IT department.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT leadership, business technology, or digital transformation roles.
• Familiarity with business-facing solutions in product management, pricing, customer engagement, and omnichannel strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and development.
• Ability to navigate regulated environments while balancing speed, quality, and compliance.

Education
