This role involves leading the technology strategy for commercial domains within a growing international pharmaceutical organization, focusing on Specialty Rx and Consumer Healthcare. The position requires translating strategic business priorities into actionable technology roadmaps and building a capable IT department to support growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear technology roadmap aligned with business priorities, including product portfolio execution and customer engagement.
• Enhance decision-making through improved data analytics and reporting on product performance and market opportunities.
• Facilitate processes related to pricing, tender participation, and commercial performance management through scalable solutions.
• Ensure alignment of Specialty Rx and Consumer Healthcare solutions with ERP, supply chain, and analytics platforms.
• Expand the IT department in line with business growth and commercial objectives.
• Oversee staffing, skills development, and performance management within the IT department.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT leadership or digital transformation roles.
• Background in business-facing solutions related to product management, pricing, and customer engagement.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Ability to navigate regulated environments while balancing compliance and business value.

Education
