Seeking two experienced Hardware Engineers to contribute to the development of advanced electronics solutions for compressor-based applications, focusing on Power Electronics and Control Electronics. Qualifications

• Engineering degree or relevant technical experience
• 5–10+ years of experience in power electronics or control electronics
• Structured and systematic work approach
• Ability to engage in dialogue-based development with strong professionals
• Competence in both detailed and high-level perspectives
• Familiarity with documentation as part of development
• Experience with OrCAD or similar design tools

Responsibilities

• Develop complete hardware solutions, including power supply, inverters, microcontrollers, and measurement circuits
• Ensure product reliability through robust design choices
• Focus on product synergy and reuse across solutions
• Interpret and comply with relevant safety and EMC standards
• Document design processes, decisions, and testing outcomes
• Collaborate closely with team members throughout the project lifecycle
