The Guest Relations Director is responsible for leading the vision and execution of the guest experience journey, ensuring that all interactions align with brand standards and a commitment to exceptional hospitality. This role includes overseeing the Guest Relations Manager and collaborating with operational leaders to enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior Guest Relations, Rooms Division, or Front Office role.
  • Previous experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel brand is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in leading guest experience initiatives and improving guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with experience in developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and service innovation.
  • Highly organized and commercially aware, balancing guest expectations with operational priorities.
  • Comfortable using guest feedback and data to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Experience managing VIP guests and high-demand clientele.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible and responsive to the demands of a 24-hour luxury operation.

  • Champion a culture of hospitality excellence within the Rooms leadership team.
