Qualifications

• Mid-level software engineering experience, preferably with exposure to growth or sales teams.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, focusing on backend or server-side development.
• Experience with business-critical tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics is beneficial.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated data layer across commercial data systems, utilizing tools like Stripe and Calendly.
• Own the event tracking layer to ensure analytics tools accurately reflect user interactions.
• Design workflows and automations to enhance commercial team operations, including pipeline management and deal acceleration.
• Identify and automate repetitive GTM processes to allow teams to focus on strategic tasks.
• Develop internal tools that minimize manual work for sales and customer success teams.
• Collaborate with various teams to translate process needs into scalable solutions and document all components for future reference.

Skills

• Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with data integration and workflow automation.

Education

• Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not explicitly required.
