  • Collaborate with Community, Product, CRM, Paid, and regional teams.
  • Adapt global campaigns to fit local market needs.
  • Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain high-quality execution across all initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Growth or Integrated Marketing.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management and execution.
  • Proficiency in Russian and strong English communication skills.
