Global Tech Lead (Salesforce)

Job summary

This role involves leading a development team to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions while ensuring alignment with business needs. The position requires a hands-on technical leader who will mentor team members and optimize the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce.com development, including proficiency in Apex and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system security and governance while optimizing platform health.
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Conduct regular security audits and maintain up-to-date software applications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Develop standard solutions and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Mentor team members and participate in the hiring process for new developers.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
