Global Supply Chain Coordinator (MENA, On-site, Lebanon)

Job summary

The role involves coordinating supply chain operations in the Middle East and North Africa, focusing on medical procurement and supporting humanitarian efforts. The position is based in Beirut, Lebanon, with temporary relocation to Amman, Jordan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain activities, particularly in medical procurement and warehousing.
• Experience in humanitarian aid, ideally with knowledge of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
• Familiarity with the MENA region and local markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen supply chain operations across MENA countries.
• Collaborate with a team operating in Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia.
• Travel on short notice for up to 2 months to support supply chain activities.
• Adapt to various technical tasks in challenging environments.

Skills

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management or related fields.
