Job summary

The role involves acting as a subject matter expert in rare endocrinology within a global medical affairs organization, focusing on the development and execution of medical strategies. The position is based at the headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark.

Qualifications

  • Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, preferably in Medical Affairs.
  • Strong experience in interpreting and communicating clinical data.
  • Background in endocrinology, rare diseases, or specialized therapeutic areas.
  • Understanding of Medical Affairs, drug development processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships in a global matrix organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global medical strategies and narratives.
  • Generate and communicate insights related to disease areas and treatment landscapes.
  • Support medical education initiatives and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on evidence generation activities, including observational studies.
  • Partner with local medical teams for strategy alignment.
