Job summary

This role is focused on developing and delivering impactful training experiences for commercial field teams in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. The Field Training Lead will enhance capabilities in Market Access, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management, ensuring teams are prepared to navigate payer landscapes and commercialization challenges.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in training, learning, or development roles within pharma or biotech organizations.
  • 7–10 years of overall commercial experience, preferably in Market Access, Payer environments, or Key Account Management.
  • Proven experience in training delivery and learning strategy execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in complex, matrixed global organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage change and operate effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in rare diseases or specialty therapeutics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with field access tools or reimbursement platforms is advantageous.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and global training best practices is highly desirable.
