Global Medical Affairs Senior Manager (Remote)

Job summary

The role involves leading global Medical Affairs strategies and scientific initiatives in the medical device industry, specifically focusing on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. The position is fully remote and requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance scientific communication and support evidence generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
• PhD or master’s in healthcare is mandatory if there is no previous experience in breast implants.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry, with preference for experience in breast implants.
• Fluent in English; fluent Spanish and basic Portuguese are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global Medical Affairs strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead scientific exchanges and ensure evidence-based communication of clinical data.
• Identify evidence gaps and support initiatives for evidence generation, including clinical publications.
• Analyze medical insights to inform strategy and product lifecycle management.
• Provide scientific leadership throughout the product lifecycle and review scientific communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment while maintaining Medical Affairs independence.
• Plan and execute advisory boards and scientific congresses to enhance external engagement.
