The role involves developing and executing global Medical Affairs strategies and scientific initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional needs. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline. A PhD or master’s in healthcare is mandatory without prior experience in breast implants.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry, with preference for experience in breast implants.
  • Fluent in English; fluent Spanish and basic Portuguese are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Lead scientific exchanges and ensure balanced communication of clinical data.
  • Identify evidence gaps and support evidence generation initiatives.
  • Analyze and communicate medical insights to inform medical strategy and product lifecycle management.
  • Review and approve scientific and promotional claims for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure cross-functional alignment while maintaining Medical Affairs independence.
  • Plan and execute advisory boards and scientific congresses.
  • Monitor emerging scientific literature and healthcare trends.
