Global Medical Affairs Manager

Job summary

The role involves developing and executing global Medical Affairs strategies and scientific initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional needs. The position requires collaboration with healthcare stakeholders to foster scientific partnerships and generate actionable medical insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline. A PhD or master’s in healthcare is mandatory without prior experience in breast implants.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry, with preference for experience in breast implants.
• Fluent in English; fluent Spanish and basic Portuguese are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead scientific exchanges and ensure balanced communication of clinical data.
• Identify evidence gaps and support evidence generation initiatives.
• Analyze and communicate medical insights to inform medical strategy and product lifecycle management.
• Review and approve scientific and promotional claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure cross-functional alignment while maintaining Medical Affairs independence.
• Plan and execute advisory boards and scientific congresses.
• Monitor emerging scientific literature and healthcare trends.
