Qualifications

  • Relevant master’s degree or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in media planning, budgeting, and performance analysis, ideally 10 years in both client and agency roles.
  • Proven experience managing global and local media agencies, including performance and partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills in an international, matrix organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global media strategies and holistic media planning across various channels.
  • Oversee media plan execution in key markets, ensuring alignment and quality.
  • Manage budgets, investment planning, business cases, and ROI tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with global and local media agencies.
  • Enhance media performance through analysis, optimization, and capability building.
