About the role

Job summary

We are seeking two enthusiastic Community Managers to join a vibrant social media team for a six-month contract. These roles will focus on engaging audiences for two distinct brands, fostering meaningful conversations, and enhancing community experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing social media communities for consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and YouTube.
  • Creative content ideation and execution skills.
  • Experience in influencer strategy from outreach to activation.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
  • Ability to identify trends and engage authentically.
  • Basic filming and editing skills using social media applications.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Polish and Ukrainian, are a plus for specific roles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content calendars across various social platforms.
  • Engage in real-time conversations to maintain brand relevance.
  • Transform community interactions into content opportunities.
  • Implement influencer strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead community interactions aligned with global brand objectives.
  • Identify and leverage emerging trends and cultural moments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide community insights to inform internal strategies.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of social media dynamics and community engagement.
  • Ability to create shareable content and adapt quickly to trends.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting is beneficial.

Education

  • Relevant experience in community management or social media marketing is essential.

Tools

  • Familiarity with social media management tools and content creation software.
