Qualifications

• Relevant higher education in procurement, supply chain, food science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in raw material sourcing, particularly in Hydrocolloids and starches, is preferred.
• Strong understanding of supplier qualification and compliance requirements.
• Experience in cross-functional roles involving technical and commercial aspects.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global category strategies.
• Negotiate agreements for raw materials at global and regional levels.
• Ensure supply availability and assess supplier performance.
• Drive supplier qualification processes in collaboration with Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Support Innovation teams in the qualification of new raw materials.
• Facilitate the transition from pilot testing to industrial production.
• Maintain governance around supplier data and specifications.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to supply, compliance, and quality.
• Provide market insights and cost support to stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across Procurement, Innovation, and Operations.
