Job summary

This role involves defining and executing a global category strategy for warehouse automation, focusing on sourcing and supplier management across a significant CAPEX portfolio. Qualifications

• Proven experience in category management or strategic procurement, particularly in high-value sourcing and contracting.
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in structuring deals and applying TCO-based decision frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse automation technologies such as ASRS, AMRs/AGVs, conveyors, sorters, and robotics.
• Experience in managing supplier performance, including KPI definition and governance models.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to navigate complex global environments and manage ambiguity effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in establishing governance models and scalable operational frameworks.
• Interest in leveraging data and AI tools for category management.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities
