Job summary

A Game Engineer is sought to contribute to the development of Subway Surfers, a highly popular mobile game. The role involves collaborating with various disciplines to implement gameplay features and systems, ensuring high-quality code and continuous improvement of the game.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, primarily C#.
• Professional experience in game development, preferably for mobile platforms.
• Solid hands-on experience with Unity.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience in cross-disciplinary collaboration for game feature development.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain gameplay features, systems, and content for Subway Surfers using Unity and C#.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to take features from concept to release.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to the Subway Surfers codebase's long-term health.

• Debug and resolve technical issues across gameplay systems and live features.
