Job summary

A remote freelance opportunity for a Web Designer focused on creating marketing pages, landing experiences, and conversion-driven layouts. The role involves collaborating with Tendem Agents to transform briefs and drafts into polished, web-ready designs while ensuring visual consistency across various platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating responsive web layouts and design systems.
• Strong understanding of conversion-driven layouts and modern design trends.
• Experience in preparing digital assets for developers or no-code platforms.
• Upper-intermediate (B2) English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting one-pagers and marketing sites based on provided content.
• Translate brand assets into responsive web layouts for easy implementation.
• Prepare production-ready files for seamless handoff to developers.
• Ensure visual consistency between web pages and other materials.
• Verify layout quality standards for responsiveness and clarity.

Skills

• Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends.
• Self-directed work ethic with troubleshooting skills.

Education
