About the role

Job summary

This is a part-time freelance position focused on web design for marketing pages and landing experiences within a hybrid AI and human project. The role requires collaboration with agents to create polished, on-brand web designs that drive conversions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is required.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-converting one-pagers and landing pages based on provided content and drafts.
  • Convert brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts for easy implementation.
  • Prepare production-ready files, including organizing design elements and detailing specifications for developers.
  • Maintain visual consistency across web pages, PDFs, and social media materials.
  • Verify layout quality, ensuring responsiveness and adherence to modern design trends before delivery.

Project time expectations

Estimated workload is around 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.

Compensation

Hourly rate up to $50, depending on experience and contribution level.

  • Expertise in Figma for creating scalable web layouts and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of conversion-driven design principles and layout clarity.
  • Ability to prepare and package digital assets for developer handoff or no-code platforms.
  • A user-centric approach to design with a focus on clarity and modern web trends.
  • Self-directed with problem-solving skills to deliver assets efficiently.
