Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in no-code automation tools such as Zapier and Make.com, including experience with multi-step workflows and conditional logic.

Responsibilities

• Design and assess no-code automation workflows for various business applications including marketing and operations.
• Build and refine trigger/action-based automations using tools like Zapier and Make.com.
• Integrate AI capabilities into workflows to enhance performance and scalability.
• Ensure reliable data synchronization across multiple systems and SaaS tools.
• Analyze and improve automation performance, focusing on efficiency and fault tolerance.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize automation logic for stability.

Skills
