Job summary

This is a freelance opportunity for a Mobile App Developer to design and build mobile applications for iOS and Android using frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin. The role involves collaborating with AI agents to enhance app performance and stability in a remote setting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile app development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Strong foundation in mobile application development and platform-specific UI/UX patterns.
  • Portfolio of shipped mobile apps is required.
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or above.

Responsibilities

  • Develop mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin.
  • Create responsive mobile UIs adhering to platform conventions.
  • Integrate native device features and connect apps to backend APIs.
  • Implement monetization features as needed.
  • Evaluate and refactor AI-generated mobile code for performance and maintainability.
  • Debug platform-specific issues and prepare builds for distribution.

Skills

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: React Native, Flutter, Swift/SwiftUI, or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.
  • Understanding of mobile UI patterns, navigation, and state management.
  • Experience with REST APIs, async data handling, and local storage management.
  • Familiarity with mobile build tools and submission processes for App Store/Google Play.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant technical field is a plus.

Tools

  • Experience with backend services such as Firebase or Supabase is a plus.
