Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or above is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clean layouts and modern infographics, ensuring a clear visual hierarchy for engaging content.
  • Create reusable templates for social media and impactful one-pagers.
  • Enhance materials using advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition.
  • Transform raw data into polished visual assets aligned with marketing goals.
  • Maintain design quality standards through verification of visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency.

Skills

  • Exceptional understanding of typography, grid systems, and visual composition.
  • Proven ability to create modern infographics and compelling social media templates.
  • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Ability to adapt designs for various formats and mediums.
  • Strong attention to detail and a self-directed work ethic.

Compensation

Contributors can earn up to $50 per hour, depending on their expertise and contribution level. Work is project-based, with an estimated 10-20 hours per week during active phases.
