Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth investigations into areas of potential fraud.
  • Regularly audit and validate existing fraud detection mechanisms.
  • Compile detailed reports on fraudulent activities and bad actors.
  • Identify new fraudulent behaviors and provide insights for rule development.
  • Use SQL to query databases for investigation support.
  • Handle escalated cases and assist with inquiries from various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and technical teams to bridge data and actionable insights.

Skills

Education
