FP&A Specialist/Manager (Finance, Copenhagen)

Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, transaction service advisory, or business controlling.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel modeling; experience with Power BI is advantageous.
• Relevant educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global planning process, including budgets and forecasts.
• Develop data-driven insights to support senior management in decision-making.
• Collaborate with business leaders to integrate financial insights into strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with global financial processes.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for senior management.
