Founding Brand Designer & Storyteller (Remote)

Job summary

This role is for a founding brand designer and storyteller at a stealth applied AI venture. You will be responsible for establishing and managing the brand's visual identity and content across all external touchpoints from the ground up, with direct access to the founder and creative authority.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of in-house experience at a tech company; agency experience alone is not sufficient.
• Proficiency in Figma is essential.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse brand work is required.
• Ability to write effectively across all formats is necessary.
• Must be able to work independently without needing a creative director.
• Must be located in the EU timezone (CET ±2).

• Develop and maintain the full visual identity and brand system, including logo usage, typography, color schemes, layout, and tone.
• Design and update the company website, including copywriting.
• Create pitch decks, client materials, and collateral for the Accelerator using Figma.
• Manage social media channels, including LinkedIn, with a focus on graphics and copy.
• Produce visual templates, newsletters, and outreach sequences for email communications.
• Write case studies and long-form content as outcomes are achieved.
• Oversee all external artefacts produced by the company.
• Experience in web design using Webflow or Framer.
• Skills in video editing.

• Open to candidates in Geneva, Copenhagen, or remotely from lower-cost EU markets such as Warsaw, Barcelona, Lisbon, Belgrade, Porto, etc.
