Job summary

The role involves designing, building, and deploying AI solutions within enterprise customer environments, working closely with a Deployment Strategist. Responsibilities include developing AI agents, integrating data pipelines, and ensuring deployment health.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in software engineering or technical delivery, with experience in production systems, preferably in AI tech stacks.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Customer-facing technical delivery experience is essential.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Ability to communicate effectively with sales teams and customer architects.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and experiences for large enterprises.
• Design agent intelligence and integrate with customer systems.
• Own technical components from architecture to deployment.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to enhance capabilities.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on field insights.
