Job summary

This position offers a practical opportunity for students to gain experience in finance operations within a Nordic team, focusing on Accounts Payable and the Procure-to-Pay cycle. The role is designed for students looking to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting while working in a supportive international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with handling invoices and performing basic reconciliations.
  • Support the creation and follow-up of purchase orders.
  • Address inquiries related to invoices and vendors.
  • Help manage vendor master data and conduct credit checks.
  • Participate in process improvements and documentation efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues across Nordic countries.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic skills in Excel.
  • Demonstrated interest in accounting and finance, with a willingness to learn.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable.
  • Ability to work independently while enjoying teamwork.

Skills

  • Fluency in a Nordic language is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Education

Working Conditions

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program is required.
  • Start date: June 2026.
  • Duration: 12 months.
  • Working hours: 20 hours per week.
  • Hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office).
