Finance Strategy & Execution Analyst

Job summary

The role involves driving planning, governance, and execution across Group Finance priorities, working closely with senior leadership to enhance delivery and decision support. The position is integral to the transformation of finance processes and the implementation of AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in finance-related initiatives, such as management consulting or finance transformation in a large organization.
• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering, technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Group Finance by establishing governance cadence and aligning stakeholders.
• Develop actionable plans with clear ownership and dependencies.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings, including agendas and minutes.
• Provide decision support and enhance executive communication.
• Manage selected cross-functional workstreams with defined milestones.
• Engage in governance discussions with external partners and follow up on KPIs.
• Create business cases and conduct scenario analyses.
• Improve operational processes through templates and routines.
• Produce high-quality materials for executive decision-making.

Skills

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent execution skills with the ability to structure work and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in supporting steering forums and governance processes is advantageous.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage ambiguity.
• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Education

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
