Finance Strategy & Execution Analyst (Finance, Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on driving planning, governance, and execution within Group Finance, working closely with senior leadership to enhance delivery and decision support. The position involves supporting finance transformation initiatives and ensuring effective communication and alignment among stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in finance-related initiatives, such as management consulting or finance transformation in a large organization.
• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering, technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance cadence and align stakeholders on priorities and milestones.
• Develop actionable plans with clear ownership and dependencies.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings, including agendas and follow-ups.
• Provide decision support with options and recommendations for executive discussions.
• Manage selected cross-functional workstreams with defined outcomes.
• Engage in governance discussions with external partners and follow up on SLAs/KPIs.
• Create business cases and conduct scenario analyses to aid decision-making.
• Enhance operational efficiency through improved templates and routines.
