Job summary

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations for the Spanish and Portuguese markets, ensuring compliance and performance tracking. This role involves close collaboration with Country Managers and stakeholders to manage all finance-related activities in these regions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a finance department or audit firm
  • Proficiency in monthly reporting and annual accounts
  • Strong IT skills with an interest in financial systems
  • Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and proficient in English
  • Detail-oriented and structured work approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and annual reports
  • Conduct VAT reconciliation and reporting, along with other local statutory filings
  • Monitor ongoing controlling and performance follow-up
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial estimates
  • Communicate with local auditors, advisors, and authorities
  • Handle ad hoc financial tasks as needed

Education
