Job summary

The role of Finance Controller is pivotal within the finance team, directly reporting to the CFO and engaging with global finance operations. This position emphasizes financial controlling, ad-hoc analysis, and continuous improvement while fostering collaboration and business insight.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in finance controlling or 2-4 years as an auditor.
• Strong grasp of financial statements, performance management, and cash flow.
• Experience in an international, multi-entity organization is beneficial.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Business Central, to facilitate optimization prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Business Central owner in finance, focusing on the ongoing collection and prioritization of optimizations across the group.
• Drive financial controlling and performance transparency during month-end and annual closing processes, supporting consolidated reporting and variance analysis.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO, preparing financial analyses, business cases, and management materials for executive discussions.
• Collaborate with the Finance Business Partnering team to support performance management and strategic initiatives through robust financial analyses.
• Work with the Finance Shared Service Center to enhance reporting quality and streamline finance processes across regions.
