Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of cost drivers, performance metrics, and investment analysis.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, International Business, Controlling, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive financial support to operations management, emphasizing performance and profitability.
  • Prepare and validate capital expenditure proposals and conduct make-or-buy analyses.
  • Monitor capacity utilization, productivity, and cost efficiency in manufacturing.
  • Drive optimization and financial transparency across operations and supply chain processes.
  • Develop inventory management processes and improve working capital efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance and high data quality through robust financial controls.
  • Analyze purchasing data to identify cost drivers and lead initiatives for savings and value creation.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and communication skills to convey financial insights effectively.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and support stakeholders at all levels.

Education

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as economics or business.

Tools

  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software relevant to manufacturing and operations.
