This role focuses on providing financial insights and direction within a leading global footwear brand, emphasizing the importance of data in decision-making processes. The Finance Analyst will engage in financial planning and analysis, collaborating with various teams to enhance financial clarity and support strategic choices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, business controlling, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience handling complex datasets and financial models.
• Proficiency in SAP and Power BI as essential tools for financial operations.
• Detail-oriented with a structured and proactive approach.
• Fluency in English is required; experience with connected planning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, focusing on profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow to identify performance trends and opportunities.
• Lead monthly forecasting cycles and provide projections for up to 24 months to support quarterly and annual planning.
• Translate business activities into financial impacts, including sales trends and inventory movements across various channels.
• Conduct scenario modeling and what-if analyses to assist leadership in strategic decision-making.
• Enhance planning tools and processes to improve transparency and data quality.
