Job summary

This role combines technical engineering, enterprise strategy, and customer engagement to address complex adoption challenges in regulated environments. The position involves working with strategic clients to design and optimize advanced DevSecOps and AI-enabled platforms, translating customer needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or technical consulting roles.
  • Strong fundamentals in software engineering with knowledge of production systems; familiarity with Ruby on Rails and/or Go is advantageous.
  • Expertise in systems design and architecture, particularly in CI/CD systems, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Proficient with GitLab CI/CD, pipeline design, YAML, and APIs.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
  • Understanding of enterprise deployment challenges including security and compliance.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in production environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to create reusable technical frameworks and documentation.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous, and globally distributed settings.
